The Trade Up Program is a nationwide trade-in program available through most cycling retailers that allows owners of high-end bicycles the option of trading in their used bicycle and applying the trade-in value towards the purchase of a new bicycle or cycling equipment. The trade-in value acts just like cash and can help make that new, high-end bicycle or accessory more affordable. Plus, it alleviates the headache of having to sell your used bicycle. To get a trade-in value contact your local cycling retailer and tell them you'd like to trade your bike in through the Trade Up Program. The retailer will then contact us and be issued a trade-in value on your bicycle. (Trade-in values are only offered to cycling retailers and we do not buy bicycles directly from their owners. Trade-in values are only applicable to the purchase of a new bicycle or store merchandise.)
Not all bikes are accepted in the Trade Up Program. (Examples: Bikes sold by large mail order companies or Big Box retailers as well as kids bicycles are not accepted in the Trade Up Program.) We DO accept select wheelset and framesets into the Trade Up Program.
